We provide continuing education for facilities and organizations across the globe. We will teach how to build relationships, build & execute training programs and provide a real-time demonstration of program implementation.
Provide training camps for athletes and teams, using Movement Mechanic training, Strength and Power Training and GPS monitoring. We can communicate with the athletes and provide remote coaching to ensure we’re progressing forward week by week.
Our team will come in to collect data through performance testing, create a needs analysis and prescribe performance solutions.
We will provide yearly solutions and teach how to progressively add in a physical development model to your existing training. Our manual will include yearly programming for self-care, warm-up library, speed development, movement mechanics and character development.
